Family & Friends

We are close with our families and they are all very excited and supportive about our plans for adoption.

Both of our families live on the East Coast where we each grew up. Luckily for us they are not too far from each other, which makes it easier to see them all when we visit.
For Lisa’s parents in Maryland, this will be their first grandchild. Tim’s parents in Pennsylvania can’t wait for another grandchild.

Like us, some of our closest friends are from out-of-state and over the years we have become extended family. Our friends are very supportive and excited for us to build our family through adoption. Some of them have even started to pass down toys, furniture and clothing from their children to get us started off on the right foot (and we suspect to empty their closets!)



We know we can count on their support, and we look forward to sharing our lives with these special people for many years to come.
