We have 2 Golden retrievers, Sydnee & Kylie, that will love having someone else to play with in the backyard. Wes grew up in Del Rey, Ca on a family farm in a very close, loving family with 1 brother and 1 sister. Summers were spent working on the farm and were rewarded with a vacation at Pismo Beach. Roberta was raised in Southern California with 2 sisters by a sports-loving family.

Roberta talks about Wes:
Wes is the love of my life! He is a funny, caring and down to earth person. He always makes me laugh with his great sense of humor. I can just picture him acting goofy with our child and instigating practical jokes on me! He is my biggest fan and I knew without a doubt that he was the one as our relationship grew. Wes loves to work in the yard, growing vegetables and flowers and to build projects around the house. He also loves all sports, especially baseball and golf. I cannot wait to see Wes and our child playing catch in the front yard. Wes will be a great dad!

Wes talks about Roberta:
Roberta is the kid of all kids! It is this fun and active side of her that brought us together. She loves to help others and is always working with our nieces and nephews to improve on their athletic skills. She has the perfect job as a Physical Education teacher which allows her to participate with her students. Being a coach has let her take an active role in the lives and development of her students. The biggest reward for Roberta is to see her students and athletes continue their education and go on to successful athletic and professional careers. Working with children as she does has only increased her desire to provide a loving, caring, and supportive home for our own child.


Our Family:
Both of us have wonderful families that are waiting to welcome a new addition. Roberta’s parents and 2 sisters live close by in Southern California with their families and look forward to creating memories with our new baby. Wes has a brother that lives in Central California and a sister that lives with her family in Northern California. We meet for many family functions throughout the year including Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and numerous birthdays. We are
blessed to have 2 nephews, 3 nieces and many cousins that we spend a great deal of time with, going to their athletic events, schools activities, or watching our favorite Disney movies. Our two families truly are the most important aspect in our lives. We love sharing and enjoying our time together.

Our Careers:
Wes has worked in international business for over 20 years. He lived in Australia and Hong Kong before returning to settle in Southern California. Wes currently enjoys a career importing and exporting all varieties of exotic fruits! Roberta loves her job as a high school P.E. teacher. She teaches at Diamond Bar High school, recently named as one of the top 100 high schools in the nation. She coaches the varsity softball team and enjoys sharing her love for the game with her players. Wes is the team’s biggest softball fan! We hope to inspire the love for softball/baseball in our child.

Our Dream:
We love children and want to share our life with a child. We look forward to the day when we will have a little one to cuddle with and give big hugs and kisses. We can hardly wait for our first Christmas day together, attending our first Dodger/Giant baseball game, the first day of school, going to Disneyland together, and many years of happiness.
